Our First World War Exhibition closed in 2014 but table-top display boards on key themes can be borrowed from the Museum by local groups

 

First World War Booklet

Otley Museum has produced a booklet exploring the town's response to the First World War and its effect on families and community. The themes covered are Service and Loss, Belgian Refugees in Otley, Chevin Hall, Farnley Training Camp, The Congregational Church Institute, Women and the Home Front, the Role of Otley's Industry and After the War

 

This 32 page booklet is available in Otley at the Museum, at the   Core Resource Centre (Otley Town Council) and The Bookshop on the Square on the Market Place for £1
